“Margaret came every fortnight to clean our house for over a year. When we moved away from the area I asked if she could clean my mother’s instead. She was very reluctant to accept this sort of help at first but Margaret has been excellent in every way. Not only does she do a great job cleaning but she is helpful and sensitive in her approach. She always seemed to know what needed doing (including taking the dog out for a short walk!) if I forgot to leave any instructions and used her initiative just getting on with it and making the house lovely for when we came in from work. The staff are always prepared to be flexible and to help out with whatever needs to be done.
On occasions when Margaret was unavailable other staff from Ribble Valley Cleaning would attend in her place and were equally reliable, friendly and competent.
